My work as a coach is as a supporter, a cheerleader and a facilitator, working with you so that you can achieve your dreams

How can coaching help?

How can coaching help?

Coaching can help you in all areas of your life, from your career to your personal goals.

Coaching is always all about the unique person you are and what you are looking to change or achieve

Underpinning all coaching is to begin by identifying what good looks like in all areas of your life.  This concept, known as the preferred future, underpins all work and provides a reference point for you to return to for motivation and clarity.

Career coaching can help you look at your talents and skills, and where you would like to be – whether this is working for someone or going self employed.

Well-being coaching focuses on your mental and physical health

Relationship coaching can help you identify issues in dating and to improve all of your relationships.

Leadership and executive coaching provides frameworks and development plans to help you attain the skills and mindset to excel in business

How it works

How it works

Coaching is about using your skills, preferences and strengths to achieve the outcome you want.

In order to do this I work in an integrated way, using a variety of coaching models relevant to your needs.  Although there is a framework that I use to ensure we cover all relevant aspects of coaching, my way of working is bespoke to you, your goals and your uniqueness.

Coaching sessions usually take place every 3-4 weeks and are 90 minutes in duration.  After the session you will receive a summary of the discussions and a recap of any actions you need to take before the next session.  This provides a useful reference point, and also helps to identify where there are any roadblocks or sticking points we need to address.

Dependent on location, sessions are face to face in the Kent area, via Zoom or teams or walking in traffic free routes.

There is no requirement to stick to a particular method of working together, we can adapt to your needs.

For example, walking sessions can be very useful when we are generating ideas.

In the coaching relationship it is important to remember that you are always the expert of you.  As a coach I can offer suggestions, but ultimately you are the master of your destiny and the driver of your progress
